港澳助力“一帶一路”建設的比較分析

One Belt One Road Initiative is the central government’s support for Hongkong and Macao. It is found that the common principle for Hong Kong and Macao to assist in the construction of the Belt and Road is “government guidance and market operation”, the common goal is “mutual benefit and win-win, coordinated development”, and the common mechanism is “joint meeting mechanism”. The differences between Hong Kong and Macao in helping Belt and Road Initiative are mainly reflected in different roles, comparative advantages, key areas and promotion mechanisms. Hong Kong and Macao should adhere to the principle of “misplaced development” and “complementary advantages” to carry out cooperation, so as to realize the coordinated development of Hong Kong and Macao in helping the construction of Belt and Road Initiative with “financing”, the construction of the Great Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, scientific and technological innovation and cultural exchanges.
