荷官群體因其優厚薪酬、入職門檻低和政策保護而被人熟知。由於博彩業的快速膨脹,荷官成為澳門從業人員最多的職業群體之一。隨着博彩業進入深度調整階段,有博企向市場發出釋出荷官人力資源的信號。在對荷官群體的從業人數、性別、年齡、學歷等進行分析後,發現在博彩業下滑的態勢下,荷官群體的就業量和需求明顯下降,女性荷官比例上升,初中和高中 教育水平仍佔主體,但從年齡上看,年輕勞動力明顯減少,45歲以上荷官比例大幅上升。因此,結合澳門產業結構和荷官群體的特徵變化,特區政府和博企都應在人力資源政策上作出整調,以應對可能出現的危機。
With the rapid expansion of the gaming industry, dealers became one of the largest professional groups in Macau. They became well-known due to the good salary, low entry threshold and policy protection. However, Gambling’s enterprises released signals to the market that they would cut down the demand for dealers since the gambling industry started to deepen the adjustment in the development pace. After analyzing the number of employees, sex, age and education of the dealers, it was found that the overall demand for dealers decreased significantly, the proportion of females dealers increased and dealers with junior high school and high school education level were still dominant in the professional group. We also observed that there was a significant reduction in young dealers while the proportion of dealers aged more than 45 years old rose greatly. Considering both the changes in dealers and the gambling industry, we propose that both the SAR Government and enterprises should adjust the employment policy for dealers in response to the potential crisis. |
