“一帶一路”與澳門建設：用人才交流搭建中國與葡語國家溝通橋樑

ntensifying mutual understanding and strengthening people’s friendly relationship is an important part of the construction of The Belt and Road Initiative and the social foundation. And the exchange of talents is the most effective way and link to enhance it. In the process of increasingly frequent economic and trade interaction between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, the demand for talent exchange between the two sides is becoming ever more intense. Personnel exchanges provide support for policy communication, infrastructure connectivity, unimpeded trade and financial integration between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, and serve as the foundation for enhancing mutual understanding, opening up and cooperation. And as one of the earliest Chinese and western cultural exchange viewport in China, through the construction of the world tourism leisure center, and the trade cooperation services platform for China and Portuguese-speaking countries, Macao has built a base of exchanges and cooperation featuring Chinese culture as the mainstream and coexistence of diverse cultures, and to serve as a platform for talent exchanges between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, so as to blaze a unique trail for Macao. In the context of reviewing the exchange of talents as the starting point of The Belt and Road Initiative to achieve closer people-to-people ties, this paper analyzes the role of Macao as a bridge in the exchange of talents between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, and provides direction for Macao to deepen its advantages and play its role as a bridge in the future.
