澳門金融法之現代變遷（1976－1999）

本文第一部分概述現代澳門金融法律體系變遷的相關研究狀況並評析既有成果的得失優缺，第二部分回溯現代澳門金融業的發展狀況及在此階段澳門金融法律體系的現代轉型過程，第三部分系統地梳理1976年至回歸前夕澳門立法會制定的邁向法律本地化的各類金融法律，第四部分系統地梳理1976年至回歸前夕澳督頒行的邁向法律本地化的各類金融法令。後兩部分的分析是以時間為經、以制度為緯，以便明晰由於立法會與澳督各自行使立法權而使現代澳門金融法律制度變得錯綜複雜的發展軌跡。

The first part summarizes the relevant research status in this field and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of existing achievements. The second part reviews the development of the modern Macao financial industry and the modern transformation process of Macao’s financial legal system at this stage, while the third part systematically sorts out various financial laws enacted by the Macao Legislative Assembly from 1976 to the eve of the handover towards legal localization. The fourth part systematically sorts out various financial laws and regulations promulgated by the Macao Governor from 1976 to the eve of the return of the motherland towards legal localization. The analysis of the last two parts takes time as the longitude and system as the latitude, to clarify the development track of the modern Macao financial legal system which has become complicated due to the respective exercise of legislative power by the Legislative Assembly and the Governor of Macao.
