Abstract
本文旨在從學生的視角出發,在澳門一所私立高校開展實證調查,探究疫情期間大學生線上學習的經歷與體驗。本研究採用半結構訪談的方法,收集線上學習的整體感受、互聯網與社交媒體的使用、網絡課堂的參與及收穫、與教授的互動及與同伴的合作狀況等問題的資料。通過編碼分析,獲得一系列網課學習的相關主題,包括網課的矛盾心情、網課的多元體驗、網課的資源整合、網課的求助原則、網課的參與模式、網課中的學習動機、網課中的教授、網課中的夥伴等。在此基礎上,將以上主題歸納為線上體驗、線上資源、線上參與、線上互動四大類屬,並最終將其概括為一種富有能動性、生產性和創造性的“另類體驗”。最後,本文提出後疫情時代高校開展線上教學的建議。

This paper aims to analyze the online learning experiences of undergraduate students during COVID-19 pandemic through conducting an investigation in a private university in Macao. Adopting the method of semi-structured interview, this study set questions within four dimensions, namely, general experience of online learning, the use of internet and social media, engagements and gains from online courses, interactions with professors as well as collaborations with peers. From coding analysis, several meaningful themes were identified, including contradictory mood, multiple experiences, resources integration, help-seeking principles, engagement patterns, learning motivation, professors and peers within online courses. Then, all the findings were summarized into four categories, that is, online experiences, online resources, online engagements and online interactions. Finally, the analysis was concluded as an “alternative experience” that is dynamic, productive and creative. Based on this, the paper provides practical suggestions on how to better explore online teaching in higher education institutions in the post COVID-19 era.
