Abstract

本研究旨在探討澳門公務員使用即時通訊應用進行公務溝通對其工作與心理健康之影響。根據調查資料分析,超過九成受訪者表示因公務原因需要使用其作為溝通之用。當中擁有五年以上使用經驗者多達四成。此外,組織溝通效能當中的媒介滿意度和溝通質量對工作壓力與焦慮有着顯著性的影響。建議管理者訂定使用守則,於公共部門統一使用相同的即時社交通訊應用以便提升組織溝通績效。但與此同時,亦要避免過度依靠它作為訊息傳遞的主要溝通方式,以免溝通渠道過於單一化。

This study explores the effect of using instant messaging at work on the mental health of Macao civil servants. The study found that over 90% of respondents used instant messaging for internal communication. Among them, as many as 40% indicated that they have been using it at work for more than five years. Besides, the study also found that instant messaging contributes to improved organizational communication which can significantly reduce work stress and anxiety. This study recommends launching a government instant messaging system coupled with codes of practice for using instant messaging at government premises in order to enhance internal communication effectiveness. However, it is important to avoid over-reliance on it as the primary means of communication, so as to avoid the communication channel from being too simplistic.
