| 摘要 Abstract |
自十九世紀初，中西文化交流日趨緊密，而澳門則擔當重要的角色。在西方傳教士的推動下，澳門在1839年創辦了一所新式學堂：澳門馬禮遜學堂。雖然這所學堂在1842年遷往 香港，但卻為中國近代教育史留下光輝的歷史。換言之，中國第一所新式學堂在這裏誕生了。同時，一些推動中國現代化的功臣──如容閎和唐廷樞──也是在這裏接受他們的基礎教育。因此，這也許是一個十分重要的研究題目，值得我們的細心考察。
Based on risk management, this paper discusses the application of disaster prevention strategies and analyzes the vulnerability of Macau’s natural environment, social vulnerability, industrial economy and vulnerability of physical construction. The present study also explores the impacts of flooded areas in Macau. According to the theory of disaster management, this study further raises the issues and strategies for disaster prevention of Typhoons Hato and Mangkhut in four aspects: disaster reduction, preparedness, response and recovery. These findings can be a useful reference for the disaster prevention system in Macau. |
