崔諾枝與抗戰時期澳門的募賑活動

崔諾枝是20 世紀上半葉澳門華人社群的重要領袖人物之一︒在內地爆發抗日戰爭之後，他參與和領導了澳門的籌募與賑濟活動︒在抗戰前期，崔諾枝參與和領導了主要由澳門各界救災會等社團發起的募款募物匯寄內地的活動︒而在抗戰的中後期，領導了以同善堂等為主的社團在澳門發起之籌募救濟入澳難民的活動︒崔諾枝還利用自己的特殊身份，承擔與澳葡政府的聯絡溝通工作，以及參與教會救濟事務︒崔諾枝一身多任，受到了當時澳門華人社群與澳葡當局的尊崇與倚重︒

Chui Nok Chi was one of the important leaders of the Chinese community in Macao in the first half of the 20th century. He participated in and led Macao’s fundraising and relief activities during the Anti-Japanese War. In the early days of the Anti-Japanese War, Chui Nok Chi participated in and led the activities of fundraising and remittance to the mainland initiated by various associations such as Macao Disaster Relief Association. In the middle and late period of the Anti-Japanese War, he led the fundraising and relief activities in Macao initiated by Tung Sin Tang and other associations. He also took advantage of his special status to undertake communication works with the Portuguese government in Macao, and to participate in church relief affairs. Chui Nok Chi played multiple roles and was respected and relied on by the Chinese community in Macao and the Macao Portuguese authorities at that time.
