Abstract
新冠疫情期間,澳門民眾受疫情影響而出現社會心理變化,部分人表現出心理不適、焦慮,甚至恐慌,並隨疫情的發展呈階段性特徵,經歷了初期的焦慮與恐慌,到中期的平復與反覆,直至後期的緩解。至於心理求助的原因,主要是家庭成員關係的改變,其餘的關鍵因素包括人際關係、婚姻關係、學業壓力等。而影響澳門民眾社會心理的因素主要是疫情本身、防控措施,以及因疫情產生的社會經濟影響三個方面。對此,澳門特區政府、社團、學校等社會主體採取了積極有效的應對策略,主要包括及時發放疫情資訊、調整疫情防控措施、緩解疫情民生影響、構建多元參與的社會心理服務體系等。

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the general public in Macao experienced significant changes in social psychology as a result of the outbreak. Some individuals exhibited psychological discomfort, anxiety, and even panic, which evolved in a phased manner alongside the progression of the pandemic. These stages included initial anxiety and panic, followed by a period of relative calm with intermittent relapses, and ultimately a gradual alleviation in the later phase. The primary reasons for seeking psychological assistance were changes in family relationships, with other significant factors including marital issues, interpersonal relationships, and academic stress. The main influences on the social psychology of the general public in Macao were the pandemic itself, the preventive and control measures implemented, and the socio-economic impacts arising from the pandemic. In response, the Macao SAR Government, together with social organizations and schools, adopted proactive and effective strategies. These included timely dissemination of pandemic-related information, adjustment of prevention and control measures, mitigation of the pandemic’s impact on livelihoods, and the establishment of a diversified social psychological service system.
