“一國兩制”語境下區際反腐敗合作研究 ——以內地與澳門特區為視角

Under the context of one country, two systems, the mode of inter-regional anti-corruption cooperation is an important issue currently facing. This paper proposes that it is necessary for the interregional anti-corruption cooperation to take the Basic Law of Macao as the basis, crack down on cross-border corruption crimes, promote the construction of the rule of law, establish the mode of inter-regional judicial assistance and the international responsibility of anti-corruption. Through data analysis of the current situation of inter-regional anti-corruption cooperation, based on the current high demand for anticorruption mutual assistance between the two places, it is necessary to speed up the implementation of interregional criminal judicial assistance norms, and based on adhering to the principle of safeguarding national unity and sovereignty, the principle of “one country, two systems” and the principle of equal cooperation, finally reach an anti-corruption judicial agreement between the two places, and establish a clean government coordination mechanism.
