瑪利亞‧翁蒂娜‧布拉加因其對澳門社會獨到的解讀而成為澳門葡語文學中不可忽視的一位作家。她的作品《神州在望》描述了 20 世紀的澳門，特別着重刻劃了那些處於現實與過去的十字路口中的、尋找自我的人物形象。時間點之間的錯位最終構成了記憶的錯位，更影響了這些人物在新的社會中身份認同的重塑過程。布拉加在本書中對記憶的特殊敘述更使人物在這一 過程中的思想特點更加突出。
Owing to her distinct interpretation of Macau society, Mario Ondina Braga has become a non-negligible writer in Macau Portuguese literature. Her work, A China Fica ao Lado, depicts Macau in the 19th century, focusing on figures who are at the crossroads of present and past and looking for their own identify. The displacement of time in the end turns into memory displacement and even further influences their process of re-construction of personal identity in the new society. The unique description of memory Mario Ondina Braga presents in the book has made the figures’ ideological characteristics more prominent. |
