Abstract
本研究擬在 D-C-S 模型的基礎上,探討澳門基層海關人員壓力源、工作特質與工作疲勞 的關係,並分析工作疲勞之預測變量。採用自陳式量表搜集資料,共計有效樣本數為 250 份。研究結果顯示:(1)澳門基層海關人員工作疲勞平均值偏高,屬高危群體。(2)個人統計變量在壓力源、工作特質與工作疲勞上有差異﹕不同婚姻狀況的員工在心理負荷量上的顯著差異表現在未婚組比已婚組要高,不同教育程度的員工在獲得工作場所的社會支持的顯著差異表現在高中以下組均較少。(3)工作疲勞和生活壓力、工作特質都相關,在工作特質分量表中,心理負荷量增加、工作控制 度和社會支持減少,工作疲勞會增加。(4)生活壓力和心理負荷量可以預測工作疲勞。研究結果驗證了 D-C-S 模型的假設,發現了工作疲勞的預測因子,有助於工作場所的環境再設計以及社會政 策下對工作者的健康關注。

Based on the D-C-S model, this study aims to explore the relationship among stress-factors, job content and work-related burnout of customs officers in Macao, as well as predictive variables of work-related burnout. Data was collected using self-reported scales from 250 customs officers in Macao. The research results show that (1)The average score for work-related burnout of customs officers in Macao is relatively high, which falls into the high-risk group. (2)The difference in demographic variables of stressors, job content and work-related burnout: the significant difference in psychological demand among different marital status sectors is that the unmarried group is higher than the married group. Comparing different groups with different education levels, those below senior high school education receive less social support in workplace than those with higher education background. (3)Work-related burnout is related to life stress and job content. According to the job content sub scale, higher psychological demand, lower job control and social support will lead to higher work-related burnout. (4)Work-related burnout can be predicated by life stress and psychological demand. The outcome of the research has proved the hypothesis of the D-C-S model and discovered the predicators of work-related burnout for better design of the working environment and raised the awareness of the workers’ health in future social policy.
