改革開放前夕，中共中央派出以段雲為組長的港澳經濟貿易考察組赴港澳考察，旨在重振港澳市場的影響、擴大對外貿易，並學習借鑑港澳經濟騰飛的經驗。考察組的成員經過精心遴選，考察方案規劃周全，在廣泛聽取意見和認真總結經驗後，最終順利完成了考察任務，所形成的具體可行性的專題報告也在後續工作中得以落實。此次考察還掀起了各部委和各行各業赴港澳考察的熱潮，加強了與粵港澳的經濟聯繫，為促進思想解放、推動改革開放和現代建設發揮了積極作用。 Prior to the commencement of the reform and opening-up policy, the General Committee of the Communist Party of China dispatched an economic and trade investigation group to Hong Kong and Macao, led by Duan Yun. The primary objectives of its mission were to reinvigorate China’s influence within the Hong Kong and Macao markets, expand foreign trade, and learn from the economic successes of these regions. The members of the investigation group were carefully selected, and the research plan was meticulously formulated. Following extensive consultation and thorough analysis of gathered information, the mission was successfully completed. Its key policy recommendations were subsequently implemented. This initiative also sparked a wave of visits to Hong Kong and Macao by various ministries and industries, strengthening economic ties between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. It played a positive role in promoting thought liberation, driving forward the reform and opening-up policy, and facilitating modernization. |
