澳門天鴿與山竹颱風的災害分析與應對策略

Based on risk management, this paper discusses the application of disaster prevention strategies and analyzes the vulnerability of Macau’s natural environment, social vulnerability, industrial economy and vulnerability of physical construction. The present study also explores the impacts of flooded areas in Macau. According to the theory of disaster management, this study further raises the issues and strategies for disaster prevention of Typhoons Hato and Mangkhut in four aspects: disaster reduction, preparedness, response and recovery. These findings can be a useful reference for the disaster prevention system in Macau.
