Abstract
本研究運用問卷法調查澳門博彩企業莊荷的職業認同感,表明澳門莊荷的職業認同感程度仍然存在一定的上升空間,按職業認同影響因素重要值均值分析,受訪莊荷認為他們最看重的是薪酬滿意與晉升。在個人因素方面,個人的興趣、性格適合、穩定性、成就感等對莊荷的職業認同 感程度有影響;在工作氛圍方面,獲得肯定、同事關係、上級關係、領導能力等對莊荷的職業認同感程度有影響;在工作特點方面,工作價值、工作自主權和工作環境等對莊荷的職業認同感程度有影響。然而,在相關係數中,卻表明家庭、薪酬與晉升兩者對莊荷的職業認同的影響程度不算太大。

Questionnaires were employed to investigate dealers’ professional identity in the Macao casinos. The survey clearly shows that there is still room for the improvement of dealers’ professional identity. According to the analysis of the mean value of the influence factors, the survey respondents value their pay satisfaction and promotion most. Looking at personal factors, including interest, personality, stability and sense of accomplishment, we see a great influence on dealers professional identity; and in terms of working environment, the main influence factors include recognition, relationship between colleagues and superiors, and leadership skills; as for the feature of work, work value, autonomy and environment, they also impact their professional identity. However, there are two factors, i.e. family, payment and promotion that do not show too strong an influence.
