澳門初中《品德與公民》教科書中國家認同的建構

The national identity of teenagers is particularly important because it is related to social stability and even national security. Combined with the theory of political socialization, this paper, based on the content analysis of Moral and Civic Education (2018 revision), a textbook of Macao junior high school coedited by Macao and People’s Education Press, summarizes the construction of national identity for students in the textbook from four aspects: national symbol, national history, national culture, and political system. At the same time, it is pointed out that the content of the teaching materials should follow a path of Macao characteristics that emphasizes uniqueness, openness and pertinence, and strive to adapt to the teaching reality of schools of different backgrounds, so as to better achieve the expected effect of the construction of national identity.
