澳門公共房屋在城市設計方面的關鍵問題

As there are many discussions in Macau about the policy of using public housing to help solve housing problems, it is necessary to conduct comprehensive analysis and collation at the master planning level. In this regard, considering Macau’s unique social and economic situation, it is of great significance to carry out certain research about the public housing of Macau from the aspect of urban design. This paper analyzes the development of public housing in Macau. However, the focus is not on the sufficiency of public housing, but on the relationship between the demand of public housing and the urban master planning. Through the rational use of land, the construction of public housing and the improvement of plot ratio, etc., it is believed to be possible to increase living space. In order to implement the public housing development strategy in line with the needs of the community and residents, legal constraints, guidance of government public policy, appropriate urban design, professional norms, established indicators, recognition and support from Macau residents are called for.
