回歸祖國25年以來，在中央政府的大力支持下，澳門依託“一國兩制”的制度優勢，實現了經濟的跨越式發展。特區政府不斷推進經濟適度多元，注重改善民生、優化產業結構、管理財政盈餘以及提升經濟發展品質，並大力推進高等教育、科技、人才的建設。與此同時，特區政府堅持“遠交近融”的對外經濟合作策略，有序推進與內地經貿合作，積極參與粵港澳大灣區建設，扎實推動國際經濟合作，助力國家“一帶一路”建設。 In the 25 years since Macao’s return to the motherland, and with the robust support of the central government, Macao has capitalized on the institutional advantages afforded by the “one country, two systems” framework to achieve transformative economic development. The Macao SAR government has consistently pursued prudent economic diversification, placing considerable emphasis on enhancing public welfare, optimizing the industrial structure, managing fiscal surpluses judiciously, and elevating the quality of economic growth. Concurrently, it has vigorously promoted the advancement of higher education, science and technology, and human capital development. Moreover, the SAR government adheres to an outward-facing economic cooperation strategy characterized by “global outreach and regional integration”. This approach entails systematically deepening economic and trade cooperation with mainland China, actively participating in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and steadily fostering international economic partnership, and contributing significantly to the nation’s Belt and Road Initiative. |
