從集中式到分散式集群架構：澳門電子政務系統的構建

The Macau SAR government proposed two outlines on the development of an Electronic Government System in 2005 and 2007 respectively. In the 2015 outline, the government suggested the method “from top to bottom & from outside to inside”, which was called the Centralized Framework. According to the development history and method of the Internet, the basis of an Electronic Government System, and the actual situation of Macau’s Electronic Government System development, and experience in other countries and regions, we found that if we changed from a Centralized Framework to a Distributed Cluster Structure, we could expand the coverage of the Electronic Government System, reduce the cost of administration operation and improve work efficiency.
