建設粵港澳大灣區高等教育人才高地：淺析澳門的定位和作用

The official promulgation of the “Guideline of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan” in 2019 puts forward diverse, sustainable and stable development requirements for Macao’s economy, signaling that the construction of the Greater Bay Area has entered a new critical stage. As the toplevel strategic design from the central government, how to educate and train talented human resources within the Greater Bay Area is one of the top priorities. In this respect, the role of higher education is crucial. This article analyzes the position and role of Macao in creating a higher education highland in the Greater Bay Area by refining the territorial map of higher education in the Greater Bay Area and the “Mainland-Macao” interactive model, and making some policy recommendations.
