廣州大學城︰城市建設新技術的應用──城市設計經典案例剖析

Guangzhou University Town is a classical example of new urban construction. It has set up a complete set of planning systems, which are a combination of multi-level planning and urban design. Its early-stage design includes more than twenty special plans. With regard to its design approach, the innovative energy system and the construction of underground utility tunnels are groundbreaking. The present Technical Code for Urban Utility Tunnel Engineering (GB/50838-2015) is issued on the basis of the experience of the construction of the Guangzhou University Town. In the aspect of its planning and design, the underground utility tunnel, flood control and drainage, reclaimed water reuse, information infrastructure, energy planning and cultural heritage protection, etc., are of great significance and can be used as an important reference.
