Abstract
隨着科技水平的發展,計算機運算能力和數據庫容量大幅提升,利用大數據(big data)技術處理大量數據和從中獲取信息,並作為市場營銷戰略的理論和實戰指導方向,逐漸成為企業在市場上的核心競爭力。大數據在(1)洞察市場趨勢與消費者需求;(2)輔助產品開發與專業決策;(3)推動消費者客製化營銷;(4)助力庫存管理等諸多方面都能發揮顯著優勢,同時也能用於本澳市場營銷環境,主要在博彩業運營與政府打造智慧城市兩方面,有寬廣應用前景。

With the development of technology and advancement of computing power as well as the increase of database capacity, big data technology has gradually become a core competency of business organizations. It is used to process massive data, obtain information, formulate marketing strategies, and guide the company’s marketing practice. This article reviews relevant academic literature and illustrates the significant role of big data and the advantages it can bring to companies via representative business cases in the following aspects: (1) provides insights of market trend and consumer demand, (2) facilitates product development and professional decision-making, (3) promotes customized marketing, and (4) assists in the inventory management. Moreover, the article proposes that, big data has a broad application prospect in Macao’s market, mainly for the operations of the gambling industry and the Macao government’s initiative to build a smart city.
