| 摘要 Abstract |
本文採用Malmquist-DEA模型測量澳門2008－2016年的城市“智慧旅遊”生產力的變化。通過研究得出如下結論：（1）澳門特區政府為澳門“智慧旅遊”提供了較好的硬件和軟件基礎；（2）未來澳門城市“智慧旅遊”的蓬勃發展應側重提升資訊科技水平，相應減少旅遊業人員等方面的投入。
In this study, the Malmquist-DEA model was used to examine the productivity change of “smart tourism” of Macao from 2008 to 2016. Results of the study are 1) The Macao government has offered a comparatively good base of hardware and software for “smart tourism”; 2) For the future development of “smart tourism”, the government should focus more on IT technology and meanwhile reduce its investment in the labor of the tourism industry, etc. |
