基於健康影響評估的澳門公共服務設施佈局現況分析

In the post-pandemic era, urban public health issues have gained significant attention. The layout of public service facilities is crucial for residents to have access to health resources and equity, affecting their daily physical activities and social interactions. Based on a health impact assessment and utilizing information on macao’s residential land, road networks, and population, this article employs the ArcGIS tool to analyze from three perspectives. It uses network analysis to determine the coverage of various facilities at different levels, compares facility adequacy using a per-thousand-people indicator, and calculates the accessibility of various facilities using a Gaussian two-step moving search method, exploring the current state of public service facilities in Macao. The study finds that overall coverage of public service facilities in Macao is good, but there is a significant gap in coverage between different levels. Due to changes in population structure leading to increasing medical needs, expanding medical service facilities is urgent. The spatial layout of public service facilities on the peninsula shows a central agglomeration, significantly influenced by population size and service capacity.
