Abstract
本研究之主要目的為探討澳門、馬來西亞與新加坡之博彩業之企業社會責任關鍵因素,並分析其績效表現。研究方法為層級分析法與重要性-績效表現分析法,分析工具為Expert Choice 2000與SPSS 22。研究結果顯示:1)以“關鍵構面”而言,澳門銀河、馬來西亞雲頂高原與新加坡濱海灣金沙皆首重“道德責任”;2)以“關鍵準則”而言,澳門銀河首重“我們的企業 有一套完整的管理規範”,馬來西亞雲頂高原首重“公平對待同僚與事業夥伴是員工整體評估流程的一部分”,新加坡濱海灣金沙首重“頂尖管理建立長期策略”;3)以“績效表現最佳”而言,澳門銀河與馬來西亞雲頂高原皆為“我們已成功地達到最大利益”,而新加坡濱海灣金沙為“我們的企業盡力遵守法律規定去僱用員工與提供員工福利”。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the key factors and analyze the performance of CSR among Macau, Malaysia, and Singapore. The methodologies employed are the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), and the analytic tools are Expert Choice 2000 and SPSS 22. The results reveal that: (1) For the key aspect, Galaxy (Macau), Genting Highlands (Malaysia), and Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) all pay attention to Ethical Citizenship the most; (2) For the key criterion, Galaxy (Macau) values that the Business having a Comprehensive Code of Conduct the most, Genting Highlands (Malaysia) places importance on Fairness toward Co-workers and Business Partners as an Integral Part of the Employee Evaluation Process the most, and Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) attaches importance to Top Management Establishes Long-term Strategies the most; (3) For the best performance, Galaxy (Macau) and Genting Highlands (Malaysia) both do well on Maximizing Our Profits, and Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) Seeks to Comply with All Laws Regulating Hiring and Employee Benefits.
