共享經濟成功的關鍵因素及其在澳門的發展

This article summarizes the background and evolution process of the sharing economy by reviewing relevant literature and updated real cases. Five key success factors are identified, including (1) creation of consumer value, (2) building trust, (3) mature technology support, (4) legal regulations, and (5) generation of the sharing of real benefits. The three parties, i.e. customers, service providers and the government, all share the values and benefits of the sharing economy. Each of them plays a key role in the innovation of this economic model. As for Macao, due to the constraints and limits of its market size, land area, and population base, a comprehensive sharing economy may not be appropriate. However, since electronic payment and the sharing economy is a major trend of development in the Greater China Area, the Macao government should visualize and plan a future economic development model for Macao and balance the interests among the community, traditional industries and residents thus helping customers and service providers evaluate and find an appropriate sharing economic model for Macao.
