人力資本視角下的澳門產業多元發展──基於比較勞動生產率與就業效率的分析

The vigorous development of Macau’s gambling industry promoted the rapid development of the local economy, and has caused development pressure on the industry with a single and high cost. Based on Macau’s historical data of gross domestic product, capital formation, labor force, college students’ enrollment, this paper analyzes comparative labor productivity and employment elasticity of Macau’s industries. The result shows, by improving the quality of the labor force Macau will obviously promote its local economic growth. In order to stimulate industries’ diversified development, the government should provide more support for the financial industry, convention and exhibition business, cultural creativity and other emerging tertiary industries. Meanwhile, by the way of promoting the level of labor capital, the industrial structure will be optimized, the labor circulation in different industries will be more reasonable, the disposition of labor capital will be more effective. All this will better support the economic diversified development of Macau.
