《澳門基本法》研究二十五年︰回顧與展望

The Basic Law of Macau is one of the constitutional foundations of the Macau SAR and an important legal carrier for the implementation of “one country, two systems” in the Macau SAR. And therefore there is no doubt that the Basic Law of Macau is of great significance to the Macau SAR and Macau residents. Over the years, scholars have devoted a lot of effort to the study of the Basic Law of Macau, and produced a lot of research results. This paper summarizes and combs the main achievements of the study of the Basic Law of Macau since the promulgation of the Basic Law 25 years ago, and puts forward some suggestions on how to further promote the study of the Basic Law of Macau. It is hoped that the study of the Basic Law of Macau will be further developed.
