粵港澳大灣區支持“一帶一路”建設的挑戰及對策探討

As the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has the characteristics of two social systems, three tax systems, three currencies, and three legal systems in one country, some problems about the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are encountered while cooperating with the construction of the Belt and Road. Under such a special environment with various systems, the key issue is how to integrate the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and promote the success of the Belt and Road. By analyzing the establishment process and regional advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper explores the problems and difficulties, arising from the differences in currencies, finance, and concepts, caused by the differences in their social systems in various areas of the Greater Bay Area. Finally, this paper attempts to figure out how to make the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area develop in its stable and integrated ways, by improving and optimizing the overall economic structure, cultivating and attracting talents, improving tax systems, mutually recognizing high-quality professional certificates, opening up information networks, optimizing construction in transportation, attracting talents and commercial investment, etc.
