“一帶一路”與澳門世界旅遊休閒中心建設

The One Belt And One Road strategy is an important strategic platform to build China an all-round, multi-layered new pattern of opening up to the outside world and a new framework for international cooperation. It plays a rather positive role for China’s leading function in the course of regional economic cooperation as well as formulating a new international regional economic cooperation dominated by China. The construction of the Macau Special Administrative Region as a centre for world tourism and leisure is an important component of China’s national development strategy. Based on the analysis of the features of a world tourism and leisure centre, we find that the implementation of this strategy will bring positive impacts on the construction of Macau as a centre for world tourism and leisure thus the Macau SAR government should take an effective approach with regard to this strategic opportunity.
