新冠肺炎疫情對澳門的經濟社會產生了嚴重的衝擊和負面的影響。澳門特區政府應對新冠疫情的總體政策理念是“促經濟、保民生和保就業”。在保就業政策中，特區政府的主要措施是出台帶津培訓計劃、保障本地人優先就業、扶持青年就業。特區政府應該強化積極就業政策，完善職業培訓，堅持民生導向，落實本地人優先就業，支持應屆大學畢業生就業和創業。
COVID-19 has a serious and negative impact on Macao’s economy and society. The general policy concept of the Macao Special Administrative Region’s response to COVID-19 is “promoting the economy, protecting people’s livelihood and ensuring employment”. In the employment policy, the main measures taken by the SAR government are to introduce the training plan with allowance, ensure the priority employment of local people and support youth employment. The SAR government should strengthen its active employment policy, improve vocational training, adhere to the orientation of people’s livelihood, give priority to local people in employment, and support the employment and entrepreneurship of fresh college graduates. |
