澳門華商的黨商關係及其互動網絡構建──以華商代表何賢為例

“Party-business relationship” is an important perspective to look into the relationship between the government and business in a country or region and its changes. Different Chinese businessmen in Macao have been connected with different political parties in different historical periods. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Macao’s Chinese businessmen represented by Ho Yin and the Communist Party of China (CPC) established a multi-directional relationship, which embodied in the connections with the leaders of the CPC in Macao, the head of Hong Kong and Macao affairs of the CPC central committee and the senior leaders of the CPC. Patriotic Chinese businessmen in Macao under the leadership of Ho Yin supported the new regime established by the CPC through holding the celebration of the foundation of the PRC, sending and delivering supplies during the war and helping to solve the domestic food shortage. When Macao’s patriotic Chinese businessmen fell into economic crisis, the CPC’s economic institutions in Macao came to their rescue. Study on “Party-business Relationship” formed by the interactions between Chinese Businessmen in Macao and Political Parties can provide an important historical perspective to outline the political changes of Macao before its return to the motherland.
