新時代“楓橋經驗”對澳門調解制度發展的啟示

Remarkable achievements have been made in constructing the rule of law since Macao’s return to the Motherland. Among them, the mediation system in Macao has advanced. However, in this new era, it is still not concluded whether a “specialized legal framework” should be applied to the local mediation system. In addition, it still has the shortcomings of failing to meet the development needs of the Greater Bay Area and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Given these issues, the mediation system in Macao should be improved under the guidance of the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era, in terms of four aspects, namely, keeping pace with the times, adapting to local conditions, empowering through technology, and fostering cultural immersion.
