Abstract
本研究旨在探討澳門大學生之動機、玩興,與創造力之間的關係。一共有137位設計藝術系的大二學生參與此研究。結果顯示,創造力與內在動機呈現正相關,與外在動機呈負相關,而無論內在動機或外在動機,都無法成功預測創造力。此外,玩興在受訪者的動機與創造力之間並不具有調節或中介的效應。對於玩興、動機與創造力而言,本研究是首個嘗試檢驗此關係的實證研究,值得其他研究者投入更多的關注。

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between motivation, playfulness, and creativity among Chinese undergraduates in Macau. A total of 137 sophomore students from the art and design program were recruited to participate in the study. The results show that creativity is positively correlated with intrinsic motivation and negatively correlated with extrinsic motivation. However, neither intrinsic nor extrinsic motivation can successfully predict creativity. In addition, playfulness does not have a mediating or moderating effect on the relationship between motivation and creativity. Being the first empirical study regarding the relationship between motivation, playfulness and creativity, limitations and implications are also discussed, and more investigations can be conducted by other researchers.
