澳門《新城區總體規劃方案》之建議

Macau’s economy and city is developing rapidly, and the development of a new town cannot go ahead without a master plan which is in coordination with current social development. With the implementation of a Law for Urban Planning, a master plan has become a normative and crucial guiding document for the development of Macau. The government of MSAR has put forward the New Town Master Plan and proceeded to the third stage of public consultation. There are still some improvements that can be made to the new town master plan. First, the new town master plan needs to be analyzed with respect to the overall development target of Macau, population policy, index system, national and regional development policy, and so on. Secondly, all resources, facilities, construction and transportation standards should be developed. Meanwhile, the special planning for all categories needs to be considered at the same time. Through the above suggestions, we strive to provide more space for thinking and feasible ideas for the professionals who are developing the master plan and who are concerned with the development of the new town of Macau.
