Experts and scholars in various fields discussed the different aspects of the draft urban development master plan of Macao for the 2020-2040 period, and provided suggestions on such issues as public spaces and cultural environment. They all agreed that the master plan should be people-oriented and take the human element into consideration to achieve a harmonious interaction between humans and urban spaces.
